How It Works
FAQs
-
Our products are shipped frozen and carefully packed with dry ice to help keep them at a safe temperature on their way from our farm to your door. When your order arrives, transfer your meat to the freezer as soon as possible. If dry ice remains in the package, please handle it with gloves and never touch it with bare hands.
-
We ship orders on Mondays to help ensure your meat gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping schedule for your order. Once your order is on its way, keep an eye on your email for shipping and delivery updates.
-
We do not have a strict order minimum. Orders over $159 qualify for free shipping; shipping charges will apply to smaller orders.
-
We ship our pasture-raised meats directly to customers’ doors, with availability nationwide in the United States, except for Alaska and Hawaii.
-
You can cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time before your order is processed. Log in to your account here to cancel a subscription. You can also edit your order or skip an upcoming delivery—we want your subscription to work around your schedule, not the other way around.
-
Don’t worry if some of your meat has started to thaw during transit. As long as your meat is still refrigerator temperatures (41 degrees Fahrenheit or less), you can refreeze.
If you believe your order arrived at an unsafe temperature, please contact us right away at customersupport@parsonscreeksteak.com so our team can help.
