Our beef has a finished hanging weight that ranges from 800 to 900 pounds. The final price will be determined based on the actual weight. The prices listed below are based on an 850-pound hanging weight, which yields approximately 510 pounds of packaged beef (60% of the hanging weight). These prices include processing and shipping, providing an all-inclusive cost with no hidden fees.
When you purchase a whole or half beef, you can work directly with our processor to provide specific cutting instructions that best suit your family's needs.
If you are local and prefer to pick up your beef directly from the processor, please let us know, and we will adjust the price by removing shipping and processing costs.

Our products ship frozen and packed in dry ice. Please handle with caution when removing from shipping packages. Do NOT touch unmelted dry ice directly. Always use gloves if dry ice is still present in your shipment.
